From the exported kit's app folder, run node gate.mjs ../scenarios/high.json or node gate.mjs ../scenarios/clean.json, immediately followed by echo "Exit code: $?" in a POSIX shell. These are supplied synthetic policy cases, not live scanner findings or hosted GitHub Actions runs. The screenshots show the gate's blocked and passing outcomes.
